Graduate education websites often struggle with two competing needs. Authority and accessibility. Too much academic formality creates friction. Too much simplification erodes trust.
The challenge was to balance credibility with approachability while organizing dense academic content into a clear, intuitive structure.
Our solution focused on simplifying navigation, clarifying program pathways, and presenting information in a way that feels structured but human. We used typography, spacing, and content hierarchy to create confidence without intimidation, and designed a layout that supports exploration without overwhelming the user.
